New to CrossFit

Step 1

Enroll in our Fundamentals course. This program is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. The private/small group setting will allow for a more personal and dedicated environment. Come prepared to sweat a little, we will be throwing in a little workout each day.

The Fundamentals course consists of three (3) 1-hour sessions every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on an as-needed basis.

Class time is from 7:30p-8:30p by appointment only.

It is mandatory/highly recommended that all athletes new to CrossFit complete all three consecutive sessions.  This will provide a great foundation for safety and proper movement.
