Establish a 4RM shoulder press for the day. Then perform drop sets of 2-4 reps at 85-90% and 80-85% of the 4RM.
Every 2:00 perform 1 set:
Set 1 – 2 reps
Set 2 – 2 reps
Set 3 – 1 reps
Set 4 – 1 reps
Set 5 – 4 reps
