SWOD

 7 Rounds:

  3 Back Squats every 90 seconds.

 *Working weight will be at 65% across 7 rounds. 

 *Novice will lift by feel.

 *Warm up with singles to build to working weight.

WOD

 TABATA for max reps:

  8 rounds of Burpees

  8 rounds of KB Snatch 53/35

 *Score will be total reps completed.

*Goal: Score between 130-150 reps
