TEAM EVENT 1

AMRAP Sled Push 45/25

*1 rep is half a rubber matt for the sled push (9 reps down and 9 reps back)

*Two judges per team

*Scored as two events

  *One score will be the finish time

  *The second score will be the AMRAP Sled Push

*One athlete is working while the other is on the amrap Sled Push

TEAM EVENT 2

Complete for time:

750m Run with teammate (3 laps)

600m Row per teammate 

200 Single Unders

*12 minute time cap

*Both teammates will row at the same time

*The team cannot advance to the jump rope until the whole team is done rowing

*The 600m row will be the tie break

*Athlete 1 completes 100 reps of Single Unders then will trade-off with Athlete 2 for another 100 reps of Single unders

*The athlete will advance every 50 reps of single unders
