 *Start at desired weight and add as needed.

 *Focus on speeding up to pull under.

WOD

 3 Rounds for max reps of:

  1 min Double Unders

  1 min Wall Balls 20/14

  1 min SDLHP 75/55

  1 min Rest

 *Score will be total reps completed.

*Goal: Score between 300-400 reps
