SWOD

Establish a 10RM back squat for the day. Then perform drop sets at 90% and 80% of the 10RM. 

Every 2:00 perform 1 set:
Set 1 – 5 reps
Set 2 – 5 reps
Set 3 – 3 reps
Set 4 – 3 reps
Set 5 – 10 reps

Set 6 – 8-10 reps @ 90%
Set 7 – 8-10 reps @ 80%

2-4-6-8-10… Deadlifts (225/155)
1-2-3-4-5… Wall Walks
-Rest 3:00 between sets-

* Scoring is total reps within each AMRAP
