Holds: Holds may be placed two (2) times per calendar year, up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Must be 30 days in duration at minimum. We do not backtrack or refund memberships after the payment has been processed. Holds will be granted with five (5) days advance written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Any request made outside of the five (5) days will take effect after the following billing cycle.

 

Cancellations/Changes: Cancellations or changes to an existing membership without penalty will be granted with five (5) days advance written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Any request made outside of the five (5) days will take effect after the following billing cycle.
